1. Overview

Welcome to NoDrama.

NoDrama is a service brand operated by Pangolin Marketing Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By using our website or purchasing a service plan, you are entering into a legal agreement with Pangolin Marketing Pvt Ltd.

Our promise:
WordPress operations without the maintenance theater.

Your responsibility:
Use the service honestly and within scope.

2. Services Provided

NoDrama provides productized WordPress operations services including:

• Core, theme, and plugin updates
• Security monitoring
• Malware removal (unlimited within service scope)
• Backups and restore
• Performance optimization
• Uptime monitoring
• Visual regression testing
• Reporting

Service features depend on your selected plan tier.

We are an operations partner, not a development agency.

Custom development, redesigns, feature builds, and complex integrations are outside standard scope unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have authority to manage the website you submit
• Provide accurate account information

4. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide required access credentials
• Maintain hosting in good standing
• Keep billing information current
• Not interfere with monitoring tools

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Third-party changes without notification
• Expired hosting accounts
• Unauthorized external access
• Unsupported WordPress configurations

5. Payments & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
• Pricing is transparent and listed publicly
• No hidden fees
• No surprise incident charges

Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time.

Upon cancellation:

• Monitoring and maintenance stop at the end of the billing cycle
• Access tokens and credentials are deleted
• Backups are retained briefly for transition (then deleted)

We do not charge cancellation penalties.

7. Service Limitations

While we aim to prevent downtime and security issues:

• We cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We cannot guarantee immunity from zero-day vulnerabilities
• We cannot control hosting provider outages
• We cannot control third-party plugin developers

We provide proactive care, not absolute guarantees.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activity
• Malware distribution
• Phishing or fraud
• Copyright infringement
• Hosting prohibited content

We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in illegal activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All NoDrama branding, content, design, and materials are owned by NoDrama.

You retain ownership of your website and its content.

We do not claim rights to your intellectual property.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as confidential.

We will not disclose sensitive business information except:

• To deliver service
• As required by law

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

NoDrama shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Data loss beyond backup scope
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NoDrama against claims arising from:

• Your website content
• Your misuse of services
• Legal violations connected to your business

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Internet infrastructure failures
• Cyberattacks targeting global systems

14. Modifications to Services

We may improve or modify features to maintain quality and security.

We will not materially reduce core included features without notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
